Paperwork

  • ✓Bring your passport and visa / work permit or TRC: the lease and the residence registration need them.
  • ✓Foreigners must be registered for temporary residence (tạm trú) at their address; K-Homes does this with the ward police after you move in.
  • ✓Company tenants can sign in the company name and receive a VAT invoice.

Daily life

  • •Shopping: AEON Mall Le Chan, Vincom and Korean / Japanese marts near Minato and Vinhomes Marina.
  • •Getting around: Grab and Xanh SM taxis everywhere; Cat Bi airport is 10–20 minutes from Le Chan.
  • •Ask us about international schools and kindergartens near each project: we send the current list with distances.
